Job Summary

BMA is seeking HR Analysts of all experience levels at its Huntsville, Alabama, location. Positions are dependent upon award of contract.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Advanced: Successful applicant will lead and execute analytical tasks, using analytical techniques and processes to support administration, communication, operations management, and event planning for both technical and administrative support activities.
  • Intermediate: Successful applicant will provide expertise in administration, communication, operations management, event planning, and/or analytical techniques and processes for both technical and administrative support activities.
  • Basic: Successful applicant will assist with administration, communication, operations management, and event planning, for both technical and administrative support activities. Follows established procedures, and solves routine problems.

Qualifications and Skills

Serious applicants must possess:

  • An active Secret clearance or the ability qualify for one
  • Advanced: 5 years of relevant experience and BA/BS in a related field; 9 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
  • Intermediate: 3 years of relevant experience and a BA/BS in a related field; 7 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
  • Basic: an associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience
