                                        Program Manager

Job Summary: assist Directorate leadership in developing an overall program management and oversight strategy, facilitate discussion regarding policy and procedures, provide guidance necessary to implement program and mission support requirements, and support the respective operations divisions in discussion with governance groups. BMA will provide program support services to assist the Government in writing policies, instructions, guides, training materials for the transition to ELIS based benefit forms, quality and performance management functions, immigration case productivity analysis, staffing allocation and utilization, human capital modernization, budget management modernization, change management, and administrative improvements identified through the FOD-2020 framework

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Performance Quality and Data Integrity (PQDI) Support
  2. Daily Operations for Web Presence
  3. Data Consolidation and System Support
  4. SharePoint Development, Program Management Office (PMO) Support
  5. Budget Management Tool (BMT) Modernization Support
  6. Assist with managing schedules and record accessioning
  7. Support the front office administrative, program monitoring and performance reporting.
  8. Develop and regularly update the Program Management Plan, spreadsheets and presentations
  9. Provide weekly program updates using Microsoft Project Schedule or other-directed formats.

Daily Activities:

  1.  Scheduling,
  2. Accessioning of records,
  3. Developing spreadsheets and presentation
  4. Support the front office administrative, program monitoring and performance reporting

Qualifications and Skills;

Serious applicants must possess:

  1. Four-year college degree with eight (8) years management experience in managing midsized to large contracts or twelve (12) years’ experience managing midsized to large contracts without a degree.
  2. Strong oral and written communication skills
  3. Professional communications (telephone, e-mail, in-person) etiquette
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  5. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced office
  6. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
